Delicious food! The owners are very kind people and make you feel right at at home, as a Mexican restaurant should be! There are a lot of traditional options to chose from and their drink servings are also well worth the price!

Always love the food here... but my god... gouge us on price for Guacamole... 6 dollars for 2 really small scoops. Like maybe 1 cup of guac comes to 12 dollars.

I have been going to this restaurant for nearly 20 years. The food is always good and the service is good too. During the weekdays, they have a buffet that is fun to order. Yesterday I ordered the burrito Verde. It is a pork burrito in a green sauce. Kits very good and a dish that I have often ordered over the years.

We haven't been for at least 6 months and tonight we noticed how much it has changed. Not for the better either. Brought chips and salsa but no water. Had to stop a waitress to ask for water. Not fast and friendly like it used to be. Maybe it has new owners. Question...when a person orders 3 items off a la cart why do all 3 come on separate plates and not together? Kind of a waste of plates and room on table. Maybe next time will be better.

This place is beyond amazing! We literally make the trip over the hill from Boise just to eat here! The waitstaff is amazing! You'll never have your drink. The bottom! Bottomless chips and salsa and when I say good salsa I mean authentic salsa! Prices are great food is even better! Make the trip over the Hilt while you Valley people you are absolutely love the experience!!!!!

The chips and salsa were tasty and the chicken fajitas had great seasoning but on one of the hottest days of the year they really needed better air conditioning for dine in customers.

I ordered something and it was honestly the best. They even serve a great desert!

It was great! Good food fast service, just a little annoyed at being charged extra for sour cream that should have come with the meal to begin with in my own opinion, of course.

Tonight was amazing! The staff were super friendly and made sure all the tables were taken care of. Very busy but still wonderful atmosphere!! My wife had enchiladas and I had chicken fajitas. The food was absolutely amazing and came out quickly for as busy as it was!! If your looking for a great restaurant, wonderful people, and amazing food I highly recommend La Costa!!!!!

Order nachos for AppetizerAnd our main course and it always comes at the same time. Then wait for the waitress to come back and never leaves us a bill we have to get up and get it at the counter. It’s not the greatest but what do you have to pick from in Emmett!

Best food best service best place

I see all the great reviews. I must have ordered the wrong thing. It was my first time here and I went with a safe bet - the taco and enchilada combo. I asked if the taco was fried or soft. And I was told it was fried. But... it turns out it is preformed :( the worst kind! It was a very sad taco that was mush by the time I got to it as it was sitting in a bed of enchilada sauce on the bottom. Then the shredded beef inside was also in a sauce. The preformed shell was doomed to begin with. I don’t understand. Frying a fresh taco on the spot is so easy. Why the preformed shell? Anyway, I’ll try it again another time. Just not the same plate. The restaurant was clean. The staff was friendly. Chips and salsa were good. And the beer on tap was cold.

My uncle and I were in the area, and saw this place on the way out of town. We decided to have a quick lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The food and service was great, and the colors and decor were bright. I'd defiantly go back again.

Great food and excellent prices! Food is very flavorful and large portions. Week days, the lunch buffet has excellent choices and very reasonable price. A great way to sample foods on the menu. Best fajitas I have had for a long time. Great margaritas! If you think the prices are high, go back to taco bell. Good food is never too high of a price. You get what you pay for!
